EverGel is our lead therapeutic program targeting complex perianal fistula,
a significant unmet medical need in Crohn’s disease (inflammatory bowel disease).

Indication: Complex perianal fistula

A complex perianal fistula is an abnormal tract connecting the rectum to the skin outside the body. Despite available treatment options, complex perianal fistulas remain a significant unmet medical need and a main complication of Crohn disease.

which 40% of patients will develop a perianal fistula during their life time.

EVerGel is designed for localized regenerative activity

EVerGel combines stem cell-derived exosomes with a thermoresponsive hydrogel designed for local administration. The hydrgel enables controlled exosome release, improves retention at the site of injury, and fills irregular defects, including complex and difficult-to-access fistula tracts.
