Building scalable exosome therapeutics

EverGel is our lead therapeutic program targeting complex perianal fistula,
a significant unmet medical need in Crohn’s disease (inflammatory bowel disease).

Selecting and engineering high-performance cell lines to maximize exosomes therapeutic activity and ensure manufacturing consistency.
Primary and immortalized cell sources are evaluated to balance biological relevance, stability, scalability, and batch reproducibility.

EVerZom has developed a patented manufacturing technology that significantly increases exosome production while preserving product quality and biological activity. Robust process control ensures consistent product quality and high reproducibility across production batches.

By controlling fluid dynamics, we unlock the large-scale exosome production needed to commercialize and deploy life-changing therapies globally.

Our manufacturing approach leverages microscale turbulence regimes close to the Kolmogorov length scale, enabling efficient mechanical stimulation of the cells and enhanced exosome release.

Efficacy of exosome-based therapeutics depends not only on the on the intrinsic properties of exosomes, but also on their effective delivery to the target tissue.
EVerZom develops proprietary formulation strategies tailored to specific therapeutic applications, including inflammatory disease and organ regeneration.
Two formulations under development
Thermoresponsive hydrogel
Best for tissue healing, to fill irregular defects and reach low-accessible areas

Systemic administration
Best for liver pathologies such as ACLF, as exosomes are rapidly captured by the liver (> 60%).
Additional formulation strategies are required to target other organs of interest.
